花生蚝豉猪肉粥
材料:猪肉碎,番茄,花生,蚝豉
调味:少许盐

蚝豉可代替干贝,这样比较经济。
然而蚝豉的味道特别鲜甜
剥掉外皮的花生可避免粥便得混作,
至于豬肉,搓成一粒粒
吃起來特別有口感。8/10
